I’m currently around 177 cm. At 14, I was about 167 cm, so I’ve gained roughly 10 cm since then.
My father is around 169 cm(171in youth), my mother 158 cm, and my paternal grandfather was about 185 cm with a tall, upright frame.
My puberty seems mostly done, but I’m still noticing subtle late changes — my shoulders are widening, and new body hair keeps appearing on my arms, wrists, chest, stomach, and feet.
My shoe size also increased from 41 (Nov 2024) to 41.5–42 (July 2025), which might indicate some remaining growth.
I’ve started to optimize my sleep, nutrition, and posture over the past year. Despite that, I sometimes feel heightmogged since many guys around me are 180–190+.
Given my genetics and these late changes, do you think I could still gain a few centimeters or reach somewhere around 182–185 cm eventually?
