Can i still grow taller

Im 16 just turned i am 5.9 i dnt know if my plates r open or not but when i was 14 15 and 13 i had realy high levels of testostrone (not to brag docter told me
when i went to derma because of that i had alot of hormonal acne like insane amounts that went away recently because my test levels went down
but because of the test i had gyno for many years i grew 2 inchs in the past 2 years can i still grow ? and how many inchs
older brother is 6.1 but he doesn't look as masculine or developed as me i have really masculine face most likely because of high test exposure to it when i was young
