I turn 17 in a month and a half,I am 5,10.7 barefoot dad is 5,11 mom 5,4,I've grown a inch in the past year.I also have rounded shoulders slight forward head posture and anterior pelvic tilt which idk if it is decreasing my height.Do I blast gh and Ai I wanna get to 6 feet barefoot
