thanks bro, that now is a nice answer, i do think that its already crazy that i got to 5'9 bc i don't sleep alot and im a mouth breather (due to a deviated septum) so my sleep quality isnt rly good, i should get a rhinosepto like next year to fix all this but for now i gotta sleep more ig
