Can I still grow?

In late September I went to a chiropractor to make a xray of my plates. But he didn't xray and instead he did an ultrasonic which is less accurate or that's what he said at least. At that time I was like 172cm and he told me they are closed. Tried to cope and allat but I've grown to 175cm since then (it's been like 3-4 months) so I'm curious if I can still grow a bit because of the inaccuracy of an ultrasonic instead of a xray. Not trying to cope just curiosity
