Can i still grow rn barely 6 ft 1 (185cm) 70 kilos 17 year and a half old, both parents 5 ft 6 yeah crazy tbf grandparents are much taller ,i lowkey sadly avg just under 7h sleep a day is this losing me height with shortern hgh surely not by that much? Or im i at gene ceiling tbf i only really realyl started growing in last 2 years, and i still get like intense legs cramps at night
