Can I still growth taller?(16 and 171 cm)

I‘m 16 yr old and 171 cm but my father is 185 cm and my mother is 168 cm . I‘m worried that I cannot reach at least 180 cm. I have a x-ray but I don‘t really know how much potential I have left. I was 1.68 last october and grown 3 cm . Since a month I improved alot in the gym and got a little bit more hair on my babyface. I really wanna reach 180 cm or 6‘0. I‘m not sure but I think am a late bloomer but I am skinnyfat.
