Hello,
I am 18 going 19 in a few months, but I find my skeletal structure lacking some inches.
I'm exactly 182.88 cm tall, but I want to be 187.96 cm tall (+5.08 cm). My legs growing longer would help with my body proportions, I think (overall growth isn't bad either).
My biacromial breadth is 52.5 cm / 20.66929 inches. I want longer/broader.
My neck circumference is 43 cm / 16.9291 inches; slightly smaller than my head, so it decreases my overall shoulder width appearance (but I like having a thick neck).
I have gained weight recently due to self-neglect, so my hip circumference is too large for my liking: 109 cm / 42.9134 inches. I believe I can significantly reduce my hip and waist ratios by simply exercising and dieting.
Can anyone suggest any natural and unnatural methods to achieve this?
