I was a hard mouth breather my entire life because of some nose issues but k just found out how brutal mouth breathing is for your facial development

Just got HGH + im gonna start nose breathing and trying to mew, can this help reverse the damage done at 15 or is most of my facial development done already

Don't think so, always had a good jaw growing up, but shit-tier levels of bonemass at 15 which is when most people start to gain bonemass.,

Yup that’s the only hope, I’ve looked back at pictures of my younger self and my jaw width in proportion to the rest of my skull has not changed
