Can i stilll grow bones at 16,5y?

Can i still grow bones at 16y 6m. I am 190cm(6^3).Dad 180(5^11) mom 165(5^5). I have Osgood-Schlatter on my left knee and my right it is very small. Shoul i hop on or sholud i staay natural ? Will i be taller at 18? You can say 190 is already tall but in Netherlands its jst 20%.

thats not true if ur BA is 16 there is still a small gap between and u can grow
