Can i swap tretinoin with accutane entirely?

Ive been using 0.025% topical tretinoin for a while now.

id much rather take a low dose of accutane tbh, can I replace tretinoin entirely with accutane?

Does anyone know if accutane offers the same anti aging benefits as tretinoin?

I just switched to Accutane and used it on its own and it worked fine, you should hope on accutane as soon as you can

No accutane and Tret work in completely different ways

Can't remember, I was able to get off it in like March, I just took one pill a day idk the dose it was prescribed to me

Oh so ur not on it long term alr, I also got off it around then was thinking to go back on it low dose for maintenance

Yeah I just was on it for acne so it was only for like 6 months

I used both and it completely raped my skin barrier 1 month later and I’m still trying to fix it fully
