It's hard to say for sure because there isn't a lot of reliable clinical research on injectable ghk, but there is for topical ghk, and it is proven to be safe and effective so I doubt there's any major risks. If you're dead set on pinning, I recommend not exceeding your Accutane dosage over 40 mg/day because high doses of Accutane make your skin very intolerable, so the risk of irritation increases significantly.
