Can i take adderall for a month without long term effects

Adderal/ritalin/concerta. One of these to help me with my adhd and study. Will only use it once but don’t want long term damage from using it constantly for one month.

If you’re organ health is at least average then no you probably won’t do any long term damage, but make sure you have no family history of any diseases pertaining to organs like the liver, kidneys, heart and so on
