Take 1x aspirin a day, drastically lower fat consumption, lose bf, drink coffee, avoid pufas and heated fat in general, no cheat meals. Do this for months and you will ascend also in terms of skin

Aspirin, fat soluble vitamins, niacinamide can effecfively drop estrogen levels and help liver with flushing it out. You dont have to take AIs which still have not been fully studied when it comes to all metabolites.
