Can I take furosemide while on Reta?

Would it be harmful to take furosemide while on Reta? I know there are concerns about increased heart rate. On top of that, I’ll be getting on both ADHD and severe anxiety medication in the next 2 months. Would either or both furosemide and reta be a problem with adhd and anxiety meds as well? No, there is a very clear and dangerous interaction between the 2 which will cause severe vasodilatation to the point where your heart just stops beating. You will be fine one moment and then dead the next. This is very well studied. These drugs directly interact since they work on the same pathways and mechanisms.

Reta + furosemide will shut down ur hydration
A dose at 200mg will make ur hydration rebound quickly however
which is what u want instead of being dehydrated for longer

Really? I thought a higher dose would only make it rebound more but not quicker?

if your hopping on a adhd stim, why run reta? adderall appetite suppression felt better then retas for me tbh

Because Im trying to drop weight as fast as possible for something big in 3 months from now. I could start reta now, or I could hop on an adhd stim, but the thing is I’d have to wait a month and a half for the adhd stim and I’d have less time
