Can I take Ibutamoren (MK677) with Isotretinoin (Accutane)?

I'm being prescribed Isotretinoin, can I take it with MK677/Ibutamoren?
I want to get good skin but I also want to get taller before my growth plates close, is taking Ibutamoren with Niacin and melatonin viable while on Accutane? Or will I have to try HGH injections + the other stuff I'm too lazy to put.
Money isn't a problem because I have some saved up.

I did do some research but nothing really came up as a red flag? can you pm me if possible? what other alternative should i use then? money isn't really a problem as long as i see results

Please man please use retin A not accutane. Tretinoin is topical and localized whilst accutane is systematic.

I took accutane for 4.5 months and now my hair is falling out please just be patient and use tretinoin. Your hair gets this shit called telogen effluvium as soon as you start accutane then 3-4 months later it all falls out. I quit accutane a month ago it’s still falling out.

Did you do anything to your hair while on Accutane? I know hair thinning can be a side effect on hair loss but I'm gonna do everything I can to avoid getting it like moisturizing, vitamin B, avoiding stress/lots of sun during the day.
