Can I take viagra to another country through airport security carry-on?

I've taken accutane through before no problem but wasn't to another country and it'd be a nightmare if the security guys took it out of my bag in front of everyone.

Would I be better off putting under sole of shoe in checked bag or w toothbrush & stuff in carry-on like it's not a big deal?
