Can I take Vitamin A while on Accutane?

I ordered some supplements recently and I'm on isotretinoin 30mg, one of the supplement contains 3000mcg of vitamin A and it contains other important vitamins but also A included and I want to take it but am scared to get hypervitaminosis A from doing so.

I've been taking supplements while on Accutane, my doctor just told me to avoid the sun and moisturize he never really talked about supplements. but i haven't taken vitamin A. i might stop accutane today and start taking vitamin a instead and see what happens.
