Can I tell if my puberty is over?

I’m 15 rn, my voice is still pretty high (literally there’s girls with voices deeper than mine in my class and at work)

I’m 6’0 at 15, if my voice got deeper would it signal end of puberty, or has it already ended?

I’m not too sure about my “growth spurt” aswell

When it comes to growth spurt you gotta look if your growth plates are closed but ur 6'0 prolly wont habe that many problems
