Can I use a dermastamp/dermaroller on my face while I have acne?

So right now I’m doing topical GHK-cu but I have deep acne scars and I want to get rid of them but I still have acne, is it safe for me to use a dermastamp/dermaroller with GHK-cu or will that spread my acne?
