Can I use carbamide peroxide right after using hydrogen peroxide?

I whitened my teeth white hydrogen peroxide a couple days ago but I still want them to be whiter, I know that you’re supposed to wait between hydrogen peroxide sessions because it would damage your teeth but can I skip that if I use carbamide peroxide instead?
