We have relatively similar side profiles (chin wise) and I was told by a surgeon that my chin was ''subtle under projected'' only difference is I have fat around the mandible and have been told I might have slight retrusion there, getting X-Rays. I can't see why a Genioplasty would be over kill, but I also wouldn't listen to reddit.

Wtf is that painting on the wall. But anyway, fuck fillers. Your chin isn't that bad, so your problem can be fixed with a simple genio. It does look to me that it is a bit downward pointed at it's end, so have the surgeon move it forward and upward after the cut. Should be one of the easiest surgeries that anyone here needs and you'll prolly be good to go soon after the procedure is finished.

so. imo, which doctors disagree with.
fillers to an significant extend stay (not dissolve), lose it's "sharpness", and do migrate (spread out) over time a bit.
Hence i disagree to use it on cheeckbones )long term may result in puffy fat face bloathed cheeckbonesline).
And also not for jawline, need sharp line, not a round bloathed one.

But for chin, I think it's an okay location. because, just more volume chin, and I don't see much downside when that gets more volume, bloathed ish.

A genio is going to last with no issues of potential rejection if I recall because some people on here have been making a huge thing that jaw implants will never work permanently which is why we have seen such an explosion of love for bimax.

Genio is supposed to look significantly more natural, you don't really need augmentation of the shape only projection so it would be the go to

Yes you can but it's going to be expensive. The plus side is if you don't like it you can get it dissolved.
