Can I use mometasone as a replacement for hydrocortisone

I know this sounds retarded but can I use my nasal polyps spray on my nose as well to shrink anything? It's alright if not tho cuz i'll get rhinoseptoplasty in 2.5 years but looking for a cope at the moment
