Can I use nolvadex on cycle to get rid of starting gyno?

My e2 levels are pretty low, in the ~25 range but still a bit of gyno is starting to develop on my left nipple. Can I use nolvadex on cycle to shrink it? I’m already on exemestane.

If it has already formed nolvadex won’t help, if it’s still developing then it could prevent it

Ye it’s still developing, but I will prob do raloxifen instead of nolva.
