Can I use tertinoin 0.05%, hydroquinone 4% and azelec 20% on my bs bruises.

So I have been bonesmashing for quite some time now, and I also use 0.05%, hydroquinone 4% and azelec 20% for my skincare routine. My question was can I use those creams on my bonesmash bruises? If no then how can I bonesmash and also do skin care at the same time.
