Can I wear this to classes and examination halls?

So I have POTS, like heat make me faint basically and all these products kinda help with cooling, I wear like compression stocking for my legs and abdominal binder as well.

Should I email my teacher to allow me to put my legs up on the desk while taking exam because if I let it hang I will have brainfog.

Am I so inhibs or should I just YOLO it? the foid in my class wearing only bra to the examination hall and I am scared of these...
