can i workout without bulk and have good results

100% you can still make gains as long as you get sleep and enough food you don’t need to gain a large amount of weight i has my bench and deadlift increase by 50 and over 100 while remaining around the same weight very possible

Yes, you can def gain muscle in a deficit as Long as you get your protein and carbs just stay like 300-400 calories in a deficit and you wont gain less than someone at maintenance or in a surplus (bulking)

lol r u claiming you can build more muscle in a cut then a bulk

No.
But being in a caloric deficit does Not mean you Build less muscle than someone in a surplus(Bulk). The energy needed for protein synthesis is so little that you can gain (Almost) the Same amount of muscle in both the bulking/cutting theory is super outdated
