ive done ice hooding and havent gotten frostbite. i dont know of anyone who has gotten it by ice hooding either

ice "hooding" means creating hooding on the upper lids by applying ice but idk about cheeks ekil is the diy cryopolisis expert ask him

Yeah if you hold ice on your cheeks for 2+ hours and replace the ice as is warms.
