Can implants give bimax level upper and lower jaw projection? If so why even go for DJS aesthetics?

Well I have overbite but no breathing issues or sleep apnea. The pain seems too crazy ngl and most surgeons seem to have subpar aesthetic knowledge

Can’t change teeth / lip position by implants. If your jaws are truly recessed you can’t just stick some chin and jaw angle implants on or you’ll just end up with a banana face.

Well it’s up to you decide if genio or a chin implant is right to fix that, or if you need full on bimax.
