Well you're not ordering recreational drugs so, no. There'd be absolutely no reason for them to do that. People heavily misunderstand why fentanyl is such a big deal to begin with. Oral minox is absolute shit, but worst that could happen is that they A. don't show up, B. are duds and don't do anything, or C. under/overdosed so you either take too little or too much.

oh no Im 14 turning 15 in 6 days its for brows and lashes (with bimatoprost), Im currently using topical minox + derma stamp for the brows, for the lashes topical minox too and tbh it doesnt really burn as much as peope say, Ive been using it for 2 weeks but havent seen much improvement (is it normal?) thats why I wanted to switch to oral minox
