Mimic lower eyelid retraction and turn NCT to neutral (without doing any eye surgery only implant)??

Apparently custom designed ones can, they cost more
Pretty worth it I d say then, maybe they can give enough imorovement to avoid Taban altogether if lucky
How come? A lot of Taban's results are incredible. He's a god-tier eye surgeon IMO.Definitely, many of Taban's results look fake, and once you look fake its over. You cannot fix that fake look anymore.

Pretty sure with his experience, he can morph you very realistically according to his own ability and the result wouldn't look that different from the morph. You can decide then if it looks good or bad I guess.Because he pulls soft-tissue. I'm not saying it cant produce great results this way, its just risky. If it looks 'off', you cant fix it. If there's any way to raise the lower eyelid with an infraorbital implant alone, then always take that option. No infraorbital rim implants have looked fake, its an extremely effective looksmax, just like bimax is.
I don't think it would.
Infraorbital implants provide lateral projection to the orbital rim and zygomatic arch. It pertains to bone tissue.
A canthoplasty cuts, tightens, and reshapes the ocular muscles or ligaments that give support to the outer corners of the eyelid. It pertains to soft tissue.
Because of it's projection, infraorbital implants could provide a slight 'ledging' of the lateral corner eye, and slightly raise the soft tissue, but it's not going to have an affect on the lateral canthal position of the eye.
Hmm I'm not sure I agree with you man. As you can see, the lateral position of Melania's canthus is positioned higher than her medial canthus. Even without significant projection of her infraobrital rim or zygomatic arch, she would sit have a positive-tilted lateral canthus. They can be placed to make the infraorbital rim higher set, achieving a higher set lower eyelid

Look at Melania Trump, I'm sure she went to a top tier surgeon, to either Taban or somebody on his level. Still, it looks fake and shit because its a soft tissue stretch, which is not a look naturally seen on anybody who never had surgery.

A canthoplasty cuts the superficial lateral palpebral ligament, thus changing the position of the lateral canthus. I'm not sure that solely adding projection to the infraorbital rim is able to augment the canthal position without incising or dissecting the superficial lateral palpebral ligament to release the lateral canthus - which is effectively what a canthoplasty is.

'A standard "off the shelf" TT implant is primarily to push the TT area forward, not raise the orbital rim. I frequently "cheat" the implant up a little and cantilever it off the orbital rim, but this can not be more than a millimeter or so. A custom implant can be created to more significantly elevate the rim. This is a bit more complicated and costly, but I am equipped to do it. A bit more challenging when the patient is on the other side of the Atlantic as it requires multiple visits.'disagree. where is the proof?
Yeah but looking at clearer pics his under eye looks a bit uncanny'A standard "off the shelf" TT implant is primarily to push the TT area forward, not raise the orbital rim. - quote from Dr. Astolakis who's based in Texas.
He did @Looksmax25's custom infraorbital rim implant. Looksmax25 asked him if its possible to raise the lower eyelid and that was the response. Eppley has also claimed its possible, and did it with this patient:

Literally every top tier ocular plastic surgeon performing a canthoplasty or lower-eyelid retraction surgery MUST pull soft tissue that is then anchored to the implant. The theory is that the eyelid cannot withstand the weight of the cheek and thus soft tissue must be pulled and anchored in order for the eyelid to lift up out of its retracted state and pulled right up to the bottom part of the iris.Because he pulls soft-tissue. I'm not saying it cant produce great results this way, its just risky. If it looks 'off', you cant fix it.
