Yeah LL or even arm lengthening if one arm is shorter than the other, or both arms are too short. I need to get one of my arms lengthened.

If you take hgh, but THEN bone length, you're now trying to lengthen something that was unnaturally thickened. So the natural growth that comes back will have your original bone diamater while the rest of the bone has the augmented bone diameter. There will be a diameter mismatch, and it will be fucking ugly and maybe even more prone to breaking at that spot. I shudder just thinking about it. First lengthen, then thicken. Never the reverse.
