Im 18 now, at 17 i slowly fell into a deep void of insomnia and, its only now that ive been able to manage to sleep consistently.

Looking back at photos from before 17, i almost never had these puffy undereyes and seemingly had good under eye area over all.

But after this horrible year, i have darkness underneath my eyes and puffiness every morning.

What do u think ?

it def makes an impact. but I think you can reverse the effects of it by getting back to a better sleep. it takes time but it'll heal. sleep is really important. but don't overthink it as it creates more stress and that's not good for sleep. just let it be.
