Can invasilign cause a long face ?

Today I visited my orthodontist again to plan the invasilign. The animation he showed me was quite nice and looked really promising. He wanted to extract my wisdom teeth but I declined. Now the plan is to also move the wisdom teeth backwards (2 on top).
Can invasilign alone cause movement to the jaw so that my face gets longer ?

If you pull teeth back then set jaw will get pulled back. i.e. You pull back teeth in bottom and your mandible gets fucked, you do it on the top, your maxilla gets fucked

But that’s just the case with elastics right ? My treatment would be just teeth movement via invasilign without rubber bands.

Every type of brace pushes your teeth BACK to get proper alignment. Your invisalign WILL as you said push your teeth aka your bones back. Straight teeth or a little bit more recession, I would take straight teeth, a few % more recession won't hurt jfl
