I have had Invisalign and it can only straighten teeth. If you want a wider palate you need SARPE.

stretch your mouth apart. The more you need to stretch, the more hopeless your situation is
now imagine: every 3 mm of bone expansion is 1 mm gain when you factor in soft tissue (Dont take these numbers for granted, but it may be a good guideline)
