At worst it will make no difference and you will have wasted around 10 grand, but other than that if you want to get rid of negative orbital vector and want to combine it with LER go for it.

Infraorbital implants rarely look ideal/perfect imo

very often the shape is fucked/too much projection
replicating a natural ogee curve is tough

fat grafts look great but go to a good doc for it because it can cause lumps of fat sticking out if done wrong

fillers are another option but ofc both fat grafts and fillers are temporary unlike IO implants

IO’s are also eventually temporary. You got to get them out as you grow older. Unless you don’t give a shit about the problems or your health
