I've never ever seen my jaw or chin fillers migrate to my cheekbones (for example).

I had been studying the facial anatomy (nerves, where not to inject etc) for 3-4 days before I injected myself for the first time. And I remember(ed) that they always use cannulas for the jawline and regular more robust syringes for the chin

Take what this Doctor is saying with a grain of salt. Hyalauronic acid does leave reminents in the skin over time - but it's not so much that it migrates, but spreads (depending on the viscosity of the product used). And this scope of spread isn't too significant that it's going to go from your jaw, to your cheek.

And the beauty of hyalauronic acid is that it can be dissolved almost instantaneously.

Fillers when done correctly, proportionately, and artistically can yield such an improvement to someone's aesthetic, facial profile and facial balancing. It's amazing.

But poor injection technique, an excess of product, not viewing your face from a panfacial perspective, or not achieving harmony in your facial proporitions is when you run into the risk of startign to fake, overfilled, or like a freak.

Be careful, and go slowly.

It dependings on your intial baseline level. If you don't have a line of demarcation between your jaw and your neck, you sometimes may need up to 4ml of filler in your jaw to acheive a chiseled look.

But if your face is already lean, and you already have some seperation of your jawline and your submental area (the double chin) area, then a total of 1ml can help increase your bigonial width. But to be honest, I wouldn't rely solely on filler for creating a chiselled jawline.

The first would be dieting and exercise.

If you're still looking for definition, I would look into fat dissolving injections into the submental area (the double chin area) to start decreasing fat in this region. The less visable fat, and the more prominent the zygomatic bone (jawline) will be. I would also recommend a buccal fat removal.

And this will may be controversial, but I am a strong supporter of having neurotoxin (Botox) into your masseter muscles (muscles that lay just above your jawline), to help atrophy and shrink down these muscles, in combination with dermal filler in the jaw and chin. If you have prominent masseter muscles, you won't be able to see the mandible angle, or the coner, of your jaw. A protuding masseter muscle hides this. Shrinking these muscles down with Botox will enhance your aestetic because you will be able to see the lateral parts of your face, and cosmetic doctors refer to this process as facial lateralization - a component of facial aesthetics and profile balancing. Plus, adding dermal filler to the mandible angle of the jaw will increase the bigonial width of your face, making you appear more masculine, chiseled, and athletic.

Just go slow and take it easy.

I just telling you I will do hyaluronidase, Filler is a always bad idea to give projection and volume.

In 2020 there are x100 better choices than Filler, more safer and permanent.

hyaluronidase is the enzyme that would break down the filler lmfao

You're entitled to your own opinion bro, but getting filler and injectables in my face has been the best thing I've ever done and has changed my aesthetically dramatically.

More masculine, more chiseled, more healthier looking, etc. etc.

I fkn love mi fillers.
