Hello, I'm new to the forum.

I've seen some posts about jaw surgery, jaw fillers, and jaw implants, which is my weak area in my opinion.

I've found that some doctors in Brazil are using a lot of jaw filler to achieve some pretty great results (in my opinion), but that two months after the process, you loose all kind of definition and you just look bloated, so the whole thing is worthless I believe. You can see these results in the attached pictues.

But I was wondering if you guys think that the results shown in these photos can be achieved through jaw surgery/jaw implants.

If yes, which one (or a combination). If not, why not and how close do you think you can get to these changes.

Thanks to all who reply.

Fillers last longer than two months, I believe... Also, it will be hard if not impossible to achieve this with jaw surgery. Maybe implants, but I remember someone saying that implants can't replicate fillers either on this forum

yes chew mew and use vitamin k2

Yes, they are supposed to last about a year, but the thing is that they put so much filler in, that (I've read) about two months after they put it in, it already looks bloated and looses its shape completely. It's understandable, since the transformation is impressive.

I hope there is some other way to achieve results at least close to these.

Jaw surgery tunnel vision

you’re literally seeing better results from a completely different procedure and trying to figure out if a bimax can give you this.

it cant

jaw surgery is overrated, if you want change from the front profile you need implants

Right. I wouldn't mind if jaw implants could actually give these results. I prefer implants to surgery. But can they achieve these results? Because these pictures are from jaw fillers (an insane amount that doesn't work long term).

No, I've always had a pretty good nutrition, just a genetically weak jaw.
Chew like hell, use Vitamin K2 mk-4 drops from amazon or eBay, have good oral and body posture, eat some beef liver from a butcher once a week (Vitamin A), eat some well boiled Kale every once in a while (Vitamin K), get some barechested sun exposure (vitamin D)
These are all the fat soluble vitamins and should increase Testosterone and the K2 will increase Testsosteorne and bonemass

fixing posture would be imporatnt to prevent further jaw loss

anyways these tips should give you passive benefits, nothing like implants or surgery tho

Thanks man, I'll look in to all your suggestions. I've been mewing, but I know it can only give some results, which makes sense. Maybe jaw implants is the way to go, but I haven't seen that many great results from that either.

No, sure you can modify the bsso to widen the bigonial width a bit but it won’t give this angularity or increase ramus length

That second picture looks like his lip continence is worse afterwards. Is this just a bad filler job?

Don't get implants or fillers if you have poor occlusion. Jaw surgery first, then cosmetic stuff.

No idea, hadn't really noticed. Maybe it is. I just focused on the way better balance betwenn the lower and upper thirds of his head.

What would poor occlusion be? Sorry, I'm new to all these terms.

it's pointless to make assumptions when we don't know what you look like

Why K2 drops and not pills?

Yeah I see, but my original question was how radical can the changes provided by jaw implants/surgery be in terms of adding width to your lower third, in general, that's why I wasn't planning of posting my picture.

Why K2 drops and not pills?
pills are most likely MK-7 and not the right form of MK-7 which is unusable by the body
Most MK-7 is fake

so i just go with MK-4 cuz its safe

jaw surgery itself doesn't really add width but implants do.

That's great to hear, I was kind of sceptical beacause I haven't seen a lot of great jaw implants results. I think the best one's Tom Cruise, but are those actually jaw implants?

idk. imo the "more" implant you need, the shittier they tend to look. that's why I think it's usually best to do jaw surgery first and see where it gets you.

You have any evidence for this?
Other than reading about it, not much, but I read it quite often. I think in this short video, you can actually see that there's much less definition (specially from the front) in this patient, 2 months after the procedure. Still, best case scenario, it wouldn't last past a year, which is not ideal.

Ok, thanks. I guess I can have that checked out, but I haven't been told that I have that problem, so I it seems pretty unlikely.
Sleep apnea, TMJ pain, there are a handful of other medical reasons why you could get jaw surgery covered.

I add this amazing result, from the same doctor. Again, I tend to believe that it doesn't last much, but if it did, this would be the way to go for a lot of guys. I hope the material can somehow be improved to last longer without losing shape.

I head some fillers on the penis can last up to 4 years wouldn't this concept apply to the face ?

Different material? I guess the filler they put on your penis is not the same they put on your face, it would make sense. I'm gonna check out that penis filler though, maybe it would be another way to go :p

You need a combination of surgeries. A wraparound implant will always look uncanny in these cases.
What you need is a chin wing for mid mandible width, then bimax for slight ramus widening, mouth widening and forward growth and then jaw angle implants.

widening jaw angle implants can achieve this effect.

This guy is an example of where Jaw Surgery would be beneficial, it would make his mouth and a lot of other things look much better, but this wide jaw without the other fixes looks strange.
