Can jutting permanently fix my side profile, or atleast give me any growth

I'm wondering if jutting can alter my jawline at all if I consistently do it, Im hoping it does cause I'm slightly recessed also, when i jutt it misaligns my molars(i assume it’s because my jaw might be slightly narrow)and im wondering if this could cause any health risks of my already fucked up face.
