Growing older in contrast to when your a teen you'll have more structural changes although not significant enough to solve a malformed maxilla. DHT derivs might speed up this process but im not educated on this. Thats it ngl. Anything else requires invasive treatment specifically surgery. And no, Thumbpulling wont work because it doesn't create enough consistent force, symetrical force, and force itself to do anything incomparison to MARPE or a palate expander which will literally open the sutures to widen and indirectly fix most maxilary problems, what your actually moving is soft tissue and this can cause dental problems and even leave you worse off.
