Can le fort 2 and bimax save me?

As far as my lower third, is a bimax worth getting, or should I settle with Invisalign?

If your teeth are proclined then ortho can get rid of some of the lip protrusion while also giving you a better smile as well. You should look into that very seriously before considering bimax any more.
