Can Lefort 1 move nasal base up and forward ?

I have crooked nose like exacly like this
Nose2

If I will move nasal base upward and forward my nose will be straight.
In my case rphinoplasty would be awful decision cause it would flatter my already flat nose.
 
No retard. You need a Lefort2 for that. At least a MLF2. You could have just googled this. All Lefort1 does is move the LF1 area which doesn't involve the nose

A *high* lefort 1 cut will do that i HOPE.. i gotta research this shit for sure but..

it would move the nostrils/ base whilst the centre nose remains attached to septum.. that would give u smaller nose side profile, fix thre hump (slightly from nostril skin moving the tip), albeit, wider nose from front

Which surgeon does it? Theoretically, this is possible for patients with sleep apnea, isn't it?
