Can lefort1 and maxillary downgraft be combined?

My lower maxilla needs to be longer and more forward. Lefort 1 only brings it forward(maybe a bit downward), is it possible to do both at once or is it too unstable?

My ideal plan(don't know if realizable tbh) :

1. MSE+FM +(MSDO)
2. Bimax(Lefort 1+(maxillary downgraft) + BSSO)

Consider MSE and FM if your palate is also narrow. You cant facepull ccw rotation with FM but you can get a downward one
