Can Lip Lift and Rhino be performed together?

In this case, the rhino would be correcting the bulbous nose tip and maybe slimming the bottom of the nose.

I know lip lift works around these similar parts, so I’m wondering if these surgeries could be performed together.

This is too broad. I want to know if rhino specifically addresses bulbous tip and lower third of nose.
