Can lipolabs define my nasal tip and define my nose more overrall

I have a kind of bulbous nose but a prominent nasal bridge but my nose is sort of “fleshy” as it seems there is a decent amount of fat. It looks great from the side but from the front it looks sort of wide and round. Already been on accutane btw
