To a large degree it seems that relationships is what makes life worth living for the majority of people, unless you there born neurodivergent there doesn't really seem to be anything stopping you from getting interpersonal relationships/friendships now that your looks are fixed.

It is about being VERY mentally strong. You should be blackpilled yet must also be strong enough to keep yourself sane and fight through life. If you're estrogenic, then its over because you can't be mentally strong. This is just my take.
