Can long midface just be fixed with MSE, surgeries etc?

If because of close set eyes OBO. If because of long nose + midface then lip lift and potentially rhino.


OBO is very invasive but can fix a shit IPD while lip lift might have only a limited effect on shortening the midface. Long nose is only fixable if caused by significantly downturned tip. If that's not the case there's not a lot of room to shorten the nose without making you look piggy.

Long midface is actually a high class feature. All good looking men have long midface. And most beautiful women also have slightly long midface.

The problem only occurs when a long midface being recessed.

I said slightly long, not abnormally long. And it looks bad only if her face is also narrow and recessed like Sarah Jessica Parker.

If her face is fuller and well developed, then you have Monica Bellucci, Sophie Marceau, Catherine Zeta Jones, Nicole Kidman ... All these god tier women have long, rectangle midface. These women look elegant, noble and absolutely aristocratic.

Short midface looks cute and neotenous, but also peasantlike.

2nd is way better for me personally. Long midface can help bring masculinity on a man with GOOD BONES, but on women it doesn’t look good. Each to their own I guess

If your mandible is fairly down-swung, look for a surgery to move the maxilla upwards, or angle it upwards, if the angle of your mandible isn't really down-swung, your maxilla might just be narrow, in which case, go for the MSE, don't get it if your bite is good, though, if your top teeth feel like they should be wider-set to fit with your bottom teeth, get the MSE.

could a down-swung jaw with a antegonial notch at the front that is prominent be fixed by some sort of bimax/mma. I have a recessed maxilla that causes breathing issues so i'm probably going to get insured.
