Can low dose isotretanoin(accutane) save me?

I am 18 and thinking of hopping on accutane but im scared of side effects, i have had acne since i was like 15/16 although it has gotten much better since i cleaned up my diet and habits at around 17, however since then not a lot has really changed. Still very many blackheads and i dont really know what to do.
Main fears are growth plates closing or losing hair and no i do not wanna hop on fin or dut. I am hopping on minoxidil soon

its not gonna close ur shi and there are barely and side effects js put lotion and have vaseline and ur chilling. who tf told u accutane causes hair loss nigga. js try a low dose and titrate up if needed.

Accutane does not close your plates, myth with zero evidence behind it. Already been debunked, it doesn't impact you significantly unless your on high doses for a long period. Also your 18, your done growing bud. Accutane hair loss is NOT related to DHT lol? Just use rosemary oil to replenish those oils and youll be fine.

So scared of accutane yet Acne is one of your biggest failos and makes you significantly more unattractive

Accutane wont give you hairloss but even if it did why would a 5ar inhibitor help against hairloss induced by something not related to 5ar? And why would minoxodil, something for regrowth, help prevent loss at the root?
