can low set zygos be improved in puberty?

I've heard about things that are supposed to help like mastication with the canines, mewing... some reatrds say thumbpullung but is there anything that could actually matter?

basic softmaxxing alone won't help , i ran a certain stack during puberty that i believe actually improved my zygos quite a bit
the before and after difference i have is acc crazy tbh. and i'm sure it wasn't js puberty because my dad has completely different zygos than i do, so it had to have been the stack i took

no low set zygos is positioning of zygos those are genetic and nothing will change them
