I read that a lack of exercise can lead to low testosterone and apparently worsen your appearance. That seems to make sense to me, considering I've never exercised, especially during puberty. I'm currently 19 and pretty much skinny-fat-low-T. I've never exercised, and I was very overweight as a child. I look worse as I get older, and I'm wondering if that's the reason. Also all my midface is verry recessed i had litteraly no bones and i wonder if its bc of my habits during puberty knowing that i always had a good tongue posture so its definitely not mouth breathing.
And even if that's true, can low testosterone be reversible even after puberty, and can there be significant improvements in appearance?how ?
